Oh internet, bastion of knowledge(ish)

Back in the dark ages before the world was on tap, being self taught was an interesting process. It mainly consisted of the following... 1. Rewinding and playing the same bit of tape over and over trying to work out what the **** was being played (or needle hopping) 2. Pausing the VHS and sitting as close as possible to the TV trying to see through the pause lines what was going on. Of course it didn't occur to me back then that they were miming, at least not till bands on TOTP started singing with bananas and things like that 3. Asking other guitarists how to do things, however invariably the answer was "I worked it out, work it out for yourself". For now my beautiful girls are with me so there's no time for recording, it takes a back seat till later in September, but it's very nearly ready. Of course the next question will be which songs make it on there. There are four of which only two are needed and depending on the day I choose a different two. I'll get the
